First I want to congratulate you on choosing to put yourself first. I know how hard that can be in this busy world first hand experience. Between kids, my carrier, keeping my marriage healthy and holding onto my own sanity I have been last on the list and my health has suffered from it. After time I started to just make it my new norm, living with continual exhaustion, fatigue and no motivation to do anything about it. Thats why this program exists. This is a place of support, accountability and understanding. So give yourself a pat on the back for taking the first step to putting yourself first and making you priority. No really, lift that arm up, reach on over and pat yourself on the back. You deserve to be rewarded and given too, remember that. What to expect? Want to know what you are getting yourself into? Here is a summary of what to expect the next 2 weeks while you help your body heal from being put last while putting others before you. Now it is time to change that pattern and start living life fully, for you. You are the person you will live with for the rest of your life and our goal is to help you live it happily, healthy and doing it without guilt. Prepping for success. Building eating habits that help your body start producing a healthy metabolism. They way your body digests what you feed it is extremely important. This is a start of you listening to your body and building a new relationship with it. instead of ignoring the signals your body sends to you, you are going to start responding to them. Changing the food you put into your body for nourishment. This is not forever, however we need to detox what you have been putting into your body so it can start sustaining you and the food you feed yourself is supporting you.
